Our annual Birthday Breakfast gathers friends of Faith Family Medical Center to celebrate lives changed and rally support for the year ahead—so our hardworking neighbors can see a doctor when it matters most.
Why it matters
Your generosity helps remove cost as a barrier to care. Together, we provide compassionate, high-quality primary care, chronic disease management, mental health counseling, and nutrition education for our neighbors in need.
What to expect
A welcoming breakfast, inspiring patient and provider stories, a mission moment (paddle raise), and time to connect with friends—all before you start your day.
