The Faith Family Golf Classic was an incredible day of community, competition, and generosity. We were grateful to welcome golfers, sponsors, volunteers, and supporters who came together to help ensure our neighbors can access compassionate healthcare when it matters most.
From friendly competition on the course to meaningful conversations throughout the day, the tournament was a wonderful reminder of what can happen when a community rallies around a shared mission. Every team, sponsorship, and donation helped support the work of Faith Family Medical Center.

What is the Golf Classic?
The Faith Family Golf Classic is a day on the course with a purpose—friendly competition, community, and generosity that expand access to compassionate, high-quality healthcare for uninsured and underinsured adults in Middle Tennessee.
The Impact
Thanks to the generosity of our golfers, sponsors, and supporters, this year’s tournament helped provide critical funding for primary care, chronic disease management, behavioral health services, nutrition education, and more.

Each patient visit costs an average of $268 to provide, including medical care, supplies, and operational support. Patients pay an average of $42 per visit through our sliding-scale model. With the support of donors like you, we are able to bridge the gap, ensuring access to compassionate, high-quality care for uninsured and underinsured neighbors.
